Merlin and Luna in their new happy home!

Merlin (right) and Luna (left) were with their previous owner for their whole lives. But when a serious health condition struck, the owner was forced to ask for someone to take them. Merlin and Luna have had 2 litters together and it is immediately obvious that they are very attached to each other.

Two of our members was moved by their story and decided to bring them into their home for fostering.  They knew that they might have two for a while and were willing to make the challenge and sacrifice to care for them while we tried to find a forever home.  Merlin was an easy going guy, but Luna had her personality quirks that need some work.  

Our foster home spent time with Luna and one of our trainers.  In addition they took great care of her as she began to develop some arthritis in her hind knees and hips.    We only had one application and that was to adopt Merlin by himself.  Our foster home had grown very fond and attached to both Merlin and Luna and chose to bring them into their home for good and provide Merlin and Luna with their forever home.
