With the regal looks of a King, you might thing he is all show dog, but Leo is just one big dog always ready to play.

If you have a tennis ball on hand, Leo is ready to go fetch and keep on playing. Do you want to go out for a long walk and show off his good looks, Leo is ready. A little afternoon training session or even some wrestling, Leo is on top of it. When he is done, he still has that show dog look about him. In between, he is just one big goofy fella.

Leo just loves playing with his human friends and would rather not be bothered by other dogs. Leo is great around kids of all ages having grown up around a toddler and lived in a foster home with young children.

His elegant looks come from breeding, he is known as a King Shepherd, which is a mixture of German Shepherd, Alaskan Malamute, and Great Pyrenees dogs. The King Shepherd breed is predominantly German Shepherd.

Leo does have a mild form of perianal fistulas that is completely manageable and his symptoms have disappeared. He does not require a special diet, but he will require some medication costing about $75 - $100 a month. You won't meet a sweeter dog than Leo and you'll be happy you did!
